Dear friends,

I am a consultant Geriatrician (elderly care/senior citizen specialist physician). Geriatrics or Geriatric Medicine is a specialty exclusive for senior citizens and focuses on common health problems faced by them in a holistic way.

I truly believe the elderly who contributed to their community, society and their children deserve holistic wellness and comprehensive care. I always strive with a passion to provide holistic healthcare through my talks and writings about “Geriatric Medicine” with the goal of preventing illnesses and leading a happy, healthy and independent life.

Credentials

I have over 8 years of specialty experience. I trained and worked for 6 1/2 years in the apex and premier medical institute in India, AIIMS Delhi. I presented multiple papers in various national and international conferences. I am also associated as a teaching faculty with various international organizations.

I have expertise in managing multimorbidity ( having multiple chronic conditions), Fall risk, polypharmacy (taking 5 or more medications), orthogeriatrics, pain and palliative medicine, dementia and cognitive disorders and comprehensive geriatric assessment.
